Hey, I am prior 82d Airborne and 18th EOD.
You can handle these "lob" bombs with a 3 foot standoff e.g plywood on top of 4" concrete, like this /\/\/\ and plywood on the top. The plywood will detonate the 107 fuse and the concrete will deflect the blast. Most of the blast is gonna go outwards with a 3 foot standoff anyway.

Sandbags stacked like that will work just as well. A three foot stand off on the walls will
work too. Kind of removes the effectiveness of an RPG. Yeah it will shake and scare the @#$% out of you, but nobody is gonna get hurt. And no don't use metal, that just makes frag... good luck guys....
