I agree with your comments Mark. I was at Baghdad for a while and got to see a lot of his palaces. I think he had nine in Baghdad alone.
One in particular sat out on a manmade lake. It was surrounded by water. I cannot describe the inside. It was spectacular. I wish I had a camera but pictures were not allowed.
He robbed the people of the wealth that belonged to them. I hope you are right and he is in hell.

Thank you for your thoughts on Saddam Hussein. I, too, think it is sad that he put himself above his people. I believe he is in hell. It is not a good thing for anyone to go to hell. We are all sinners. That is why God provided a way through his son, Jesus Christ, so we would not have to go to hell. But accepting him is our choice. Anyone who accepts him as their savior would never treat people the way that Saddam Hussein mistreated his own people.
