Harrassed Couple In Iraq by: Sue (not my real name either)
Melissa, I know what you mean. My husband and I are a harrassed couple in Iraq. We are civilian contractors working and living together. The military raided our camp at 4 am one morning. They had us all standing outside in our PJ's and robes. Apparently the rules changed and we did not know that my husband and I could no longer sleep together. They made me feel like a cheap hooker. We had to call home and have my family Fed-X me a copy of our marriage certificate. After proving we were married, they still treated me badly and offered no apology. Gotta love America.
