Try looking at the Department of Defense Job site or DoD Jobs for short.

First of all go to this Defense Link.

There is a lot of information but go to the tab that says "Civilian Job Opportunities".

Here is a list of all sorts of places looking for employees. The Air Force, the Army and so on.

Some of the jobs are open to the public. Some are open to current Federal employees only.

Look the list over and see what you can qualify for. There is a lot of information you have to read through.

Of course one of the things I keep running into is a job I qualify for but then at the end of the job posting it says, "current employees only."

So you have to do a lot of looking to find something but if you do it will be worth it.

The tab USAJobs is a job board with a lot of listings.

Anyway, click on the tabs until you find something you qualify for.

When filling out the application, give yourself about an hour.
