Camp Victory Palace

For a year, I worked as a civilian contractor in a Camp Victory Palace. What an incredible office to work in! Marble floors and crystal chandeliers, splendour and regality everywhere I looked! How could anyone not love going to work in such high class surroundings? I loved going into Saddam's palace each day for work.
Now let me get back to those crystal chandeliers. The US military took the real ones down and replaced them with cheaper replicas or so I was told after I had been there for a few weeks. Not sure why but the place was still incredible.
My job was pretty great too. I had to report to a general each day and I made over 6 figures a year for the first time in my life. It was sweet. All too soon, my company lost their government contract. Just short of a year of service, I had to leave and go home because of it.
