Build A Website

Are you bound for Iraq or other great places? (Maybe you should build a website about your experiences like I have. People love to read about great places to visit. More on this further down the page.)

Have you been wondering what Iraq is really like? If you are with the United States Military or if you have been hired as a civilian contractor to serve in Iraq, you will want to know what to expect.

This site gives you an idea of what to it is like to travel to Iraq, to actually live on the military bases there, and what everyday life is like smack dab in the middle of a warzone. But remember, things change. Policies change. Procedures change.

Hi! My name is David and for more than four years now, I have been back and forth from San Antonio, TX to different areas in Iraq as a civilian contractor, proudly serving the United States Military.

I enlisted and served in the United States Army, but during the time I was in, there was no war. When the 1990 Gulf War started, I wanted to go. So I signed up and went over as a civilian contractor with our troops in January of 1991.

I served as a mechanic for the Fox vehicle. The Fox vehicle is a German-made vehicle so it hardly ever needed my services. On that tour, I played a lot of cards with buddies. Not much action and way too much free time. Boring!

Since it was a short war, I came home quickly to my wife, our 3 year old son, and a brand new 3 month old son born while I was in Iraq. My wife thought my traveling days were over. Little did she know then...

My wife, Juanita and I are building this site so you will know what Iraq is really like before you get here. She will do most of the actual building work while I e-mail her the latest info. We use a company called Site Build It! or SBI for short. Fortunately for us, SBI! makes it super easy to build a site.

Neither one of us knows much about technical things. We can send e-mails and do online banking, but that is about it or so we thought until Juanita read about SBI! in a book. She quickly looked it up online and liked what she saw. She read about a 14 year old earning thousands of dollars a month by building a website.

She wondered how that was possible so she did further research. She found out that SBI! is a phenomenal company created by Dr. Ken Evoy. At the time, she was looking for a way to stay home with our three children since I was already in Iraq.

Everything she read about this company was positive so she took the plunge and bought a website and began building. Then I got the idea that since so many Americans were coming to Iraq, why not help them and their families by letting them know how it really is here? I love to help people and since I am here anyway, it just seemed like a logical thing to do.

Maybe you could do the same. Think about it. Build a website of your own. Become an "infopreneur" and provide helpful information to others to help them. Make it about a topic that you are truly passionate about and you can earn extra money working in your spare time at home!

Good luck and if you decide to build a website, let me know how it goes.
